Meet Jason
Jason Arsenault, CARC, brings over a decade of leadership experience in the recovery field, with a track record of designing and expanding impactful programs in top-tier treatment environments. His approach is rooted in long-term recovery, guided by peer connection, and anchored in ethics and integrity.

Based in Costa Rica, Jason draws daily inspiration from the balance and simplicity of the Pura Vida lifestyle. As a coach, he is deeply LGBTQIA+ informed and committed to creating spaces where every individual—regardless of identity or background—can feel seen, supported, and empowered in their recovery.
Meet Darren
Darren Arsenault brings over two decades of experience guiding individuals through movement, wellness, and personal transformation. With a background spanning movement arts, business leadership, and the design of recovery-centered environments, his work integrates embodied practice with operational strategy, blending discipline, creativity, and lived experience to support sustainable, whole-person wellbeing.
Darren leads the development of Pure Life’s curated immersions and hosted experiences in Costa Rica. As a wellness lifestyle coach and certified personal trainer, he supports individuals in strengthening nourishment structure, physical resilience, and personal agency — designing environments that foster nervous system regulation, meaningful connection, and lasting change.
